Physically: I'm feeling better, sleeping better, not as tired, getting more
done, activity increasing, I have not had a head ache since I started.
Emotionally: less mood swings, increase in mental sharpness, less feelings of
powerlessness, increase feelings of personal achievement.

Interesting, now that I have started eating in a way that works for me it
almost doesn't seem to be a big deal.  I think that not weighing myself is key
... and I NEVER thought I would say that.  I kept saying that I was eating to
make myself healthy but would weigh myself anyway.  My mood would be determined
by the numbers at my feet.  Up a pound ... I was depressed, down only 2 pounds
... I was depressed, I put myself in a position that nothing was good enough
when it came to the scale.  I'm planning on weighing myself 4 times a year, at
my hematologist appointments.
I know I'm dropping weight, but I don't know how much.  The pants I grew out of
a couple of months ago almost fit again and the clothes I have been wearing fit
better.
