I am taking B12 under my doctors recommendation. I also drink 2 cups of coffee
a day. So I have been taking the B12 w/ in the morning just before I drink my
morning coffee. But I'm wondering if the coffee inhibits the absorption of the
B12. Anyone know? I can't find the info I'm looking for.
The reason I take it in the morning is that I have a hard time remembering to
take pills during the day and I do know that I shouldn't take B12 before bed.

B12 can be a bit energizing and can interfere w/ sleep.
