Diet question

Hello,

I am currently on a 1200 calorie a day diet and it is going very well.  My
question is, when I go on to nights I am often up for much longer hours
(often up to 18 hours) which will result in me having to eat more food.  Is
this going to affect me much?

Thanks,

Moo

You don't say you're exercising.  Get about an hour of aerobic exercise at
least 3 hours before bed and it should help damp cravings.  You will also be
able to increase your calories to a level where you can be sure of getting
needed nutrients, such as by adding more fruit and vegetables.  If you're
not exercising I promise you will hit a wall.  Everybody does and many have
posted about it here.

Well I can't exercise before bed when working nights, my boss would think
that strange as I go to bed as soon as I finish at 07:15 in the morning!
