But some of it *was* water weight

So some of 115 pounds I weighed in at yesterday *was* water weight from the
Mexican dinner the night before...this morning I weighed in at 113.5. Water
weight or not, I don't want to see the number 115 on my scale...and even 113.5
doesn't please me overwhelmingly. Still, I haven't done anything yet and the
number on the scale is dropping. That's not bad for day 2.

I have my pedometer on. I forgot that it rattles when I walk. Grrrr....

You might to keep in mind that people usually (for whatever reason) weight a
couple of pounds less in the morning than they do at night.

Yes, I know that. That's why I weigh first thing in the morning, aways at about
the same time, if I'm going to weigh at all.

Thanks for the advice, though.
