The good news about the pedometer challenge was that it pushed me to go out at
lunch and take a walk. The ironic thing about that, though, was while I was out
walking, I looked in on a pub and decided the food looked great...plus they had
hard cider (my favorite drink). This is typical pub food, not particularly low
caloriel, but I still want to try the place after work sometime.
It was so hard to pull myself out of there and continue my walk without
stopping to eat. But I did it, knowing that eating pub food would very much
counteract any positives I might otherwise get from the walk.
