This morning I was up at 6 am and out the door on the bike. I only had an hour
to ride so I decided just to ride in our neighborhood. My ride was cut short by
the rain, so I only got about 25 min but it was well worth it.
All of this is just to say how much my life has changed in just the past 2 wks.
2 wks ago i would have NEVER been up at 6 am ... and would never gone on a
bike ride in the early morning IF at all.
My clothes are getting baggy, my energy is up 500% at least, and I'm feeling
less depressed and less hopeless.
I have a long way to go ... but I'm going :) that's what counts.

WTG Kat!
I'm glad to hear someone else enjoys riding bikes. I'm dropping my daughter
at the school around noon for a weekend trip. Afterward I intend to do some
bike riding if the rain stays away. My ride will be interrupted by an eye
doctor appointment but he'll just have to deal with me in bike clothing.
I think exercise makes most people feel more energized. It certainly does
for me. I often wonder why I neglect it. If only we could remember how
good we felt after exercise while we're sitting on the sofa complaining
about our weight or lack of energy<g>

That, pretty much, means that your diet is sensible. I had the same
feeling a week or two after starting to diet.
