Woo hoo, Kat! And the best part is not the 14 lbs lost but the fact that you feel
great. That's what a good food and exercise plan should do -- when people complain
that they feel terrible from "dieting," I usually respond that it's a good sign that
they're not on the right food plan for their bodies. When I am doing well on all
aspects of my health plan -- food, exercise, water -- I feel like a racehorse. Or I
feel like I could crouch down, take one big spring, and jump right over a mountain.
That's when I know my health plan is working! If I am feeling bad it means something
is seriously out of whack.

I am just 'getting' this.  For so long I understood being on a diet = feeling
bad.
Who can stay on a diet that may make you thin, but makes you feel like dirt?
Not me, and I think that was one of the huge draw backs from former diets.
