Pierre, how do you know how many calories you eat? Do you record all
food that you eat, somewhere? Do you have a binge once a week or so,
as sometimes happens?
Also, sometimes weight loss "stalls", which is to say it temporarily
stops, and is then resumed.
How do you exercise?

4lbs/week was way too fast for healthy loss. Most people aren't happy
knowing they've lost muscle.

Not surprising. You can only starve yourself so long until the body
says, whoah there buddy.

You have a choice. Fix it or be miserable.
> what to do ?
1) Stop starving yourself -- eat sensibly
2) Start a muscle-building plan, with intelligent use of carbs and
protein to help muscle gain
3) Eat a balanced diet that works for you

1500-2000 should be your goal. If you don't lose at 2000 up your
exercise.

Dieting shouldn't be about starving. It's about burning more than you
consume.
Eating less than 1000 kcal/day is a sure way to screw up your
metabolism, lose muscle, and feel shitty all the time.
Join a gym. Get advice about how to build muscle mass (the basics
aren't that complicated). Stop trying to lose all the weight in one
month -- shoot for 1kg/week max.

Thx for the reply guys.
I have joined a gym and will start a body building plan (a soft one)
and will stick to loosing 1k or so per week.
