Greetings,
I've posted before, but I think I may start posting on a more frequent
basis. I'm 27, 5'9, about 200 pounds and according to Tanita body fat
% of 28 in normal mode, about 24% in athletic. I recently purchased a
cell phone with camera, so I can post pictures, took this one myself.
My main goal is to get 15% body fat....WOOT!

I do cardio every weekday (30-60 minutes) and weight training
Mon-Wed-Fri (4 sets of 10, 4-5 exercises). I am posting here because
I am having a huge problem sticking on a 10x body weight caloric diet,
so I am forcing myself to log EVERYTHING I put in my mouth on fitday,
and posting here. Fitday link below, my optimal day is on June 2nd
with 40 grams fat (1:1 ratio omega 3 / 6), 190 grams carbs, and 200
grams protein.

I've lost a lot of fat so far; I was 230 and have been losing slow,
which is a good thing for preserving my lean muscle. I know that if I
can stick with the EATING while doing my regular routine that I can
drop body fat in no time; however I need to be disciplined.
Post your experiences as well, as to spark motivation be it for today,
or next week, month, etc.

try adding a couple of pounds of vegetables per day, in addition to
what you eat. It could help for a few reasons.

We're sorta similar, I started at 232 and am also shooting for 15% BF,
which for me is 182 (hopefully). I'm a recreational cyclist so so far
my major exercise as been on a bike, about a 1000 miles over the past
3 months. I'm also happy not losing too fast, 2lbs/week is my rate,
which is a bit on the fast side but so far not too fast.
If your 40g/day of fat is working for you far be it for me to offer
suggestions. Moving down from the 210's to the 190's has been great
fun for me, and it looks like you'll be down here soon!
