I'm studying for a final due Friday.  I made a study guide with an index and
I study by going through the index and giving definitions or ticking off
lists of things associated with the topics.  Meanwhile I walk back and forth
in the living room.

I've done 20 minutes so far today on top of mowing my lawn with my motorless
mower this morning.

Good trick!  I used to study this way: 1) record essential info on
small tape recorder. 2) play back, pause, and answer questions.  3)
play the tape to see how you did. Worked for me - and of course you
can pace while doing it.
