Well, folks, you were right - I should have listened earlier.  Garlic
stinks!  I finally changed after a client of mine said I scored a 10
on the stink scale.  The next day I used extra strong mouthwash, etc -
and suddenly I could smell myself - ugh! So, my new mix:  1) cook 9 oz
fresh spinach in microwave for 4 minutes. After it's cooked slice up
with knife. 2) add one tin (1.75 oz) of herring (called "kippered
snacks") - chop up with fork 3) add one 6 oz can of tomato paste + 6
oz hot water 5) add 3 teaspoons of "italian seasoning" (McCormick
brand is ok) 6) add 4 tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin)  Mix
well - microwave 6 minutes on high, let sit for 6 minutes. Makes two
400 calorie servings - most of you will probably want to add salt.  To
be honest, the mix tasted better with the garlic.

Well, maybe you could use a more moderate amount of garlic?  Most
people eat some now and again.

Also, if you want the nutritional benefits of garlic, there are garlic
capsules you can buy.  I don't know if they affect how you smell,
though.

Cook the garlic longer - much longer - it just gets sweeter and sweeter.
I'd die before I gave it up and I've never had any complaints.  I just
put it in the pizza dough for supper.

Thanks for the suggestion!  I'm going to try pre-cooked garlic cloves.
I used curry last nite to add taste, but it irritated my prostate.
