steps walked, etc. I think I'll try my own version.
It will be a monthly report, to be posted on or about the 13th of each
month. I have something like this in mind. Please note this is a
sample; I will post actual numbers on or about July 13.
DOB: 06/13/52. Height: 5'8". Gender: F.
Started WOL: Oct 13, 2003.
Starting weight: 365. Starting BMI: 55.5.
For the 30-day period ending July 13:
Weight: 257
BMI: 39.1
Fasting blood glucose range: 126-89
Blood pressure: 133/72
Avg. calories consumed daily: 1,482
Distance walked: 54.15 miles
Water aerobics: 560 minutes.
Have I left anything out?
