Hi gang,

Just wanted to post (it keeps me accountable lol) and give a slight
update on me.
I'm fighting with 190 *hard*, I don't know why this number is such a
struggle for me, I've been 191/190
for a month now and it just refuses to pass. I've been under a ton of
stress at both jobs and with trying to get my son organized with the
diabetes plus, I get married in 2 weeks and I'm trying to get the
details worked out(ordered my cake, got fitted for my dress one last
time, planned/bought all the paper goods etc etc etc, the list goes on
and on) This wedding planning gig is for the birds imho lol. Planning a
life event for 300 guests is not an easy task. I've missed walking 3
days in a row because of other things going on, my oldest started
driving school at night and that's my walking time and I can really feel
it when I miss it. As far as my eating goes I've slipped a few times.
Just little slips though. Like having a piece of toast with breakfast
with the family instead of passing it over and I had 1 too many
margaritas at my wedding shower and such. I don't feel like I'm way off
base though food wise. I still haven't bought a pedometer, and I really
want one bad. I have stopped journaling on fitday everyday because I
flat-smooth haven't had time to do it each night Once I get to a
stopping point each day, the last thing I want to do is sit down and
recall everything I ate, I just want to shower and then collapse in bed.
Once I get back on track with it I know I will get past the 190 point.

Things seem to be really overwhelming right now and I suppose it will
until the wedding/reception is over. We've got 5 more weeks til school
starts for all my kids and maybe I can get back on track once that is in
place and we recover from the wedding. I hope I can refocus once its all
said and done. Anyways, that's pretty much what is going on with me.
Next challenge after the wedding is to not go overboard on the
honeymoon/vacation. We are going to the coast and staying in a friends
condo down there for 4 days/3 nights and of course I am going to have to
diligently plan what I eat.

Thanks for listening ya'll.

Thanks for the update, Susan.  I have no doubt you'll get back in
losing mode after all the wedding stuff is over.  Just enjoy it, try
to maintain, and resolve to get back in your regular groove afterward.

Susan, it sounds as if you have a real lot going on for you just now.
Congratulations on the wedding.  I hope it goes brilliantly for you.
Will we see pics here??
You've come so far, I'm sure you'll be back on track once normal life
resumes.

You had a few of those awfully long stalls... They somehow resolved
themselves. Maybe, with your weight loss, it is time to eat a little
bit less than before.

Congrats on the wedding, 300 people is a lot!

ps don't stress about it. 90lbs is great. Give your body some
relaxation, a chance to catch its metabolic breath... Work on upping
your exercise when your life is less hectic. Holding at a weight is
the next best thing to losing. Patience in all things.
