Hi everyone,
It has been a long time since I have been on this newsgroup. I need to get
back to being much healthier. I have gained weight since I haven't had the
time to deal with much except helping my dad deal with a brain tumor. He has
since died and I need to get back to dealing with myself. The stress of
watching a parent die takes it's toll. I am looking forward to posting more
after I get back from a trip next week. I need the support and help of this
group to get back to where I was last year.

Hey Roxan, I remember you well - you're a blast from the past indeed!!

So sorry to hear about your dad but glad you were there for him when
he needed you. I do hope you become a regular here again.
