189 this morning and I am feeling good. I've got a week til the wedding
and all is falling into place. Headed to Six Flags with the kids in the
morning for my daughters birthday present and plan on walking, taking in
alot of water and enjoying myself. I'm curious to see if I am more
comfortable on the rides at 189 than I was last spring at 280 heheh. I
am a little bit disappointed as I wanted to hit my 100 lb loss mark by
my wedding :/ Oh well, close enough I suppose.
Take care and I will be posting next week and will likely be a nervous
wreck until after the wedding.

Congratulations! I would lose 20 lbs if I was to prepare for a 300
person wedding:)

Congratulations, Susan! I always found, too, that it felt just great
getting below each 10-lb. mark -- especially when they were numbers I
hadn't seen in many years. Way to go! And have a great wedding! :-)

congrats and that's my philosophy too. The hard part was sticking
through the first month or two, but now it's a habit and really any
(fat) loss is good loss, and as long as I am eating good, sticking to
the overall plan, and not losing control I'm way happy.
