Food:
Breakfast (around 10 pm): 1 kiwi fruit, sliced with a few drops of liquid
artificial sweetener; 45 minutes later, scrambled eggs
Lunch: (around 3 pm): peas in red sauce with a small slice of Parmesan
cheese
(stir-fried peas in the wok with olive oil, 1/2 onion, 3 Tbs tomato sauce, 2
Tbs cooking cream, Tamari soy sauce, paprika and Tabasco)
Dinner (around 11 pm!): spinach and salami salad
(steamed spinach with pieces of Hungarian salami, no spices, no dressing)
about 1,5 litres of water, 1 vitamin C drink, Prenatal vitamin
Exercise: none :-( (apart from playing with a very eager-to-stand-and-walk 9
month old ;-)
According to www.fitday.com, 67 grams of carbs altogether (not bad for
starting over).

You know, Elly, I just realized it was you that got me started posting
my food and exercise daily! I've been doing it for about a year and a
half, and I really think it has made a big difference for me. Knowing
I "had to" post what I did here has kept me motivated to not stray too
far from my intended path.
It sounds like you ate well yesterday!
