My daughter and I ate there over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to
find the information, too. Most restaurants only put it on their healthier
entrees but Ruby Tuesday has it on just about everything. It certainly is
an eye opener to see the nutritional value of some dishes!
Beverly (who had the petite sirloin, too)

Food:
9:30 am - breakfast: cottage cheese w/Splenda (1/2 cup)
2:00 pm - snack: peanuts (1/2 a fist)
3:00 pm - lunch: whole wheat pasta with creamy mushroom sauce and grated
Parmesan cheese; salad (peppers, cucumbers and onions, dressed only with
olive oil and
apple vinegar)
9:30 pm - dinner out w/friends (planned): pizza with cheese and rucola
(don't know its English name, it's a lettuce, tastes a bit bitter and it
grows everywhere here)
Water - 3 l; Mineral water - 0.33 l
Prenatal vitamin
Exercise: walking, 2 hrs
This was my planned high carb day - eating pasta. I was hoping to avoid the
pizza dinner, but we went out with friends and their little girl wanted
nothing but pizza, and the restaurant offered nothing but pizza - not even a
salad bar :-0
According to www.fitday.com = 179 grams of carbs (39%), but 1743 calories.
Bad, but not too bad ;-)
Stats for the last week (July 12th - 18th): calories = 1402; fat = 83 gr
(54%); carbs = 89 gr (23%); proteins = 79 gr (23%). I should up the protein
intake a bit and lower the carb and fat intake.

Elly, in the UK we call this rocket. I'm not sure whether that's what
they call it in the US. I don't think it grows here, but it's popular
in salads - I rather like it.
