At my gym -- in Barbara's area -- the cost is $75/hour -- more for
some of the senior trainers. It's definitely a splurge, but one
that's important to me.

I see my trainer 3 times a week, so I buy in "bulk". I don't know what
the single session rate is.
What gym do you belong to Chris?

We don't have bulk pricing per se. The trainers only sell packages,
not individual sessions. There's no discount for buying more.
I belong to Life Time Fitness (www.lifetimefitness.com) which has two
gyms in the area, one in Centreville and the other in Fairfax. I
really love it!

Sadly, Bally seems to have a monopoly in this area, even owning the ones
that don't carry the name. In fact, I don't remember even SEEING a Gold's
since the last time I was in Texas.

I hope so. A couple of those treadmills had more keys than a Chinese
typewriter. ;-]

A price of about $150 for X number of sessions (I think it was 3) was
mentioned. Guess I can get some definate numbers once I redeem that
membership cert. Hope they don't take too long to mail it.
We shall see. In the meantime, I went to Target and picked some workout duds
(I love being able to buy at these kind of places rather than the fat
store,) a pair of sneaks, fresh batteries for the stereo and a padlock for
the lockers.
I'm gettin' stoked.
