DD is teething and very fussy, and feel so stressed out that I'm not hungry
at all...

I've been to my GP/nutritionist, and he ordered some hypothyroid probes. I'm
not on any medication yet; I have to wait a week for the results to come
back, and then we'll see about the medication. I'd like to win this battle
meds free, if possible, since I'm still breastfeeding...

Elly, surely this isn't enough food.  Were you feeling okay today?
You don't want to eat this little in general, as it will mess up your
metabolism.  Also, I wouldn't think it would be advisable when breast
feeding, though I'm no expert on that (not having had kids :-) ).

According to Fitday = 27 grams of carbs, and 215 calories burned.

You are right, this is way too low.
But here I am, feeling ok, not dizzy or anything like that. I just wasn't
hungry at all that day .
Believe me, it's not what I planned (to eat this little), but DD's teething
and wanted to be carried around all the time, and I guess the stress made me
feel not hungry.
I'll try to aim for higher (doc recommended 40 grams of carbs a day) all the
time, especially now that I know that when I'm stressed out and busy that
I'm not feeling the need to eat bigger meals.

Oh, I forgot to add that peanuts were actually a snack before dinner, I had
some Hungarian salami after dinner.
This doesn't change the carbs count (100 gr of salami = 0 carbs), and puts
the calories at 1151.

Still too low...
