until I got home.
We walk to the park almost every day ... it's not all that far, but there is a
VERY steep hill leading to the park, the kind of hill that I had to stop at
least 4 times (most of the time more) and catch my breath.
I just realized that I didn't stop at all, I didn't even dread the hike, I
didn't think about it or even consider it.
Previously, walking up that hill would make me not take the kids to the park,
or deeply dread it.  It was humiliating and embarrassing.
Well, anyway ... it's just another day in the park here ... and while I'm not
certain how many pounds I have lost ... I know I FEEL much better.

Kat, that's great.  I just love those little milestones that indicate
how things have improved.

Wonderful!  Now you'll be begging your kids to want to go to the park,
just so that you can do the hill..... even when *they're* exhausted!

Many congratulations.
