Food & Exercise -- 7/27/2004

Food:

6:45 (driving to Metro station): ready-to-drink chocolate protein
shake

9:30 (meeting, brought from home): 2 hard-boiled eggs

11:30 (meeting food): small wrap sandwich w/ small tortilla, 2 oz.
roast beef, 1/2 oz. cheese, lettuce & tomato

1:30 (meeting, brought from home): apple

3:30 (meeting, brought from home): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole wheat
bread, 2 oz. ham, 2 slices f/f cheese

6:00 (during workout): sports drink (60 calories, lots of caffeine)

7:30 (post workout -- free samples at the gym): 1/4 energy bar

10:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese; 3 mint meringue cookies

Totals: 1294 calories, 34g fat (24%), 138g carbs (43%), 104g protein
(32%) {Not really as much as I'm trying for, but I don't have the
least bit of appetite for any more food and want to go to bed.}

6:00 -- Exercise: Olympic lifting + cardio

Shoulder warmups

Muscle cleans: 1x5x15kg/33lbs; 1x5x25/55; 2x3x30/66; 2x1x46/77

Snatch pulls: 2x5x25/55; 2x3x35/77

Overhead squats: 1x5x15/33; 1x5x20/44; 1x3x25/55; 1x3x30/66

Abs -- standing pull-down thing: 2x15x50

Treadmill intervals: 7 x (1 minute at 7.5 mph, 2 minutes at 2.0 mph)

Food:

Breakfast: cottage cheese and Hungarian salami
(100 gr each)

Tasted DD's whole wheat pasta

Lunch: Shepherd's Pie sauce
(no carrots, no potatoes; 1,5 portions)

Dinner: / (didn't feel hungry)

Water = 1,5 l

Exercise: 2,5 hrs of very brisk walk, half of it uphill, pushing stroller

According to FitDay = 33 grams of carbs (1418 calories), and 258 calories
spent.

what about herbal nutrition & 1 a day when u prefer eating ur fovorite
meal???

I've no idea what you're talking about, but apparently you're here
trying to sell something and I don't appreciate your using my message
to do it.

Anyway, since I've successfully lose 119 pounds and am at/below my
goal weight, I hardly feel a need for whatever it is you're selling!

I realy think that if u want respect .... respect first !!!
it's my mainly think ....
i love let ppl feel fine strong & younger letting'm
find the right usefull & cheapest way to keep a real good lifestyle .... it
is important to live togheter other ppl , family & go on ..... i like
transfer some ideas when a can ... & i love do it free ..... u have not idea
for example what mean for a teen ager being over weight or u have not idea
what diabet is rolling on children's life .... so if i can let ppl little be
happy i will do everything ..... under respct always
If u like see some testimonial write me to my personal e mail ..... i'll put
u into better condition to consolidate ur weight lost .... & if u'll agree
trust me let ur friends share with u a little bit of freedom from overweight
....
i love consider me an human bean & not a cash machine
