Did the water challenge really start or what?  I'll guess I'll do the 1st
post and count yesterday as day 1.

Goal: 3 litres
Actual: 2 litres + juices

I had a hard time counting since I usually have a beverage with me.  I
tried to write down my water intake throughout the day and I do think
that this is relatively accurate.  To the best of my recollection:

2.5, 12 oz glass @ home before work - 30 oz.
24 oz water bottle @ gym - 24 oz
1 liter @ work - about 36 oz.
5, 12 oz glasses @ home - 60 oz
Total water for Wednesday:  150 oz

P.S.  I don't have a goal but I was interested in seeing what my actual
water intake is so that I can adjust is as needed.

I try to use the same size of bottle for my water - 500 mL.  That way, all I
need to do is keep track of how many bottles I drank.  I drank 4 bottles of
water, hence the 2 litres.  I'm not one to write stuff down and try to add
it all up.  Too busy. :) (Too busy to also clean up all the water bottles
littering my car.)

I litre is 4 of your American 8 oz cups, so actually 32 oz.  Not that it
matters.

I do find American weights and measures are the wrong way round!  I am
used to measuring liquid by volume and solids by weight.

It's measured in fluid ounces, not by weight.  Actually, 1 liter =
33.813 US fluid ounces, if you want to be really precise.

I don't see any responses to my post ... I didn't think anyone was interested
.. sorry.
So far today I'm at 32 oz, my goal for today is 100 oz.

7/28 Goal: 1 Gallon

Met that and a little more, and it's a darn good thing.
The girls and I at dinner at a Chinese buffet--all that
sodium! I stuck to meat on a stick and such, but it was
still pretty bad.
