This is my week 2 update.

Weight: 85.5 kg / 188.1 lbs - which means that I've lost:
- 1.5 kg / 3.3 lbs last week, &
- 3.5 kg / 7.7 lbs altogether.

Measurements:
- breasts: 103 cm ( lost 0.5 cm / lost 4 cm in 5 weeks)
- waist: 85 cm (lost 3 cm in 1 week)
- belly button: 98 cm (lost 5.5 cm in 1 week)
- hips: 117 cm (lost 1 cm in 1 week)
- thigh: 62.5 cm (1.5 cm in 1 week / lost 1.5 cm in 5 weeks)
- calf: 40 cm (lost 1 cm in 1 week)

According to FitDay, the average carb intake for week 2 was  55 grams of
carbs/day; 1352 calories/day.
* 15 grams plus of what was my GP/nutritionist's recommendation - must be
because I had 3 high carb days this week instead of just 2 (the third day
was Sunday), plus the fact that I exercised less than the last week.

Average calories spent through exercise per day were: 132 calories
BMI = 33.1 / 31.8 (down 1.3%)
BF% = 31.1% /  29.8% (down 1.3 %)

I *love* the progress so far - I'm only 0.5 kg - 1.5 kg above my mini-goal
weight. And I think it is optimistic to say that I will reach that weight
(84 - 85 kg /184.8 - 187 lbs) *before* my mini-goal due date of August 20th.
BUT - I won't be disappointed if I'm not there by then, I'm happy with the
way things are going and people are telling me already that I look like I've
lost weight.
This is my PMS week, so I was a very surprised to see that I lost 5.5 cm in
the belly button area in a week - I honestly expected to gain there (I'm
always a bit bloated during the PMS/AF weeks)!

The second week wasn't difficult food-wise, but it was kind of difficult
exercise-wise. I felt rather lazy... which is something I know I have to
work on now. I must really try and find a way to think of exercise as
something enjoyable, rather than something that has to be done... I am
already seeing the benefits - my ankles aren't swollen anymore, my knees
don't hurt like that used to and it feels easier to get up from a laying
down/kneeling down position... So I guess I should get my motivation to
exercise from there. It is really something I have to work on - both
mentally and physically.

Mid July 2004: 195.8 / 188.1 lbs / mini-goal by August 20th:
184.8 to 187 lbs
sometime in the (distant) future: 150 lbs

I also forgot to mention: the lab results for my thyroid came back, and it
turns out the (apparently normal postpartum) thyroid dip has gone away and
that my levels are well within the normal range.
Yay - I'm so glad I don't have to be medicated :-)
