Food:

Breakfast: Hungarian salami & cheese rolls;  light cream cheese, Hungarian
salami and pork liver pate
What a combination! I was *so* hungry this morning!
(2 rolls, 1 slice Hungarian salami & cheese for toast each; 1/2 Ts light
cream cheese (didn't finish it!), 50 g Hungarian salami, 100 gr pork liver
pate)

Lunch: veggie & salami omelette
(1 Ts olive oil, 3 eggs, 2 slices Hungarian salami, 1/4 green pepper, 1 Tbs
Tamari soy sauce, a few drops Tabasco; 1 Tbs hot chilli sauce)

Dinner: (spent evening preparing dessert and dressings for the BBQ
tomorrow): low carb yoghurt & cranberry cake
(1/2 portion);
tried 1 slice of Asiago cheese DH bought as an entree for the BBQ tomorrow;
tasted Teriyaki dressing for the chicken & pork BBQ tomorrow

Water=2 l
Prenatal vitamin

Exercise:
Walking = 20 minutes
3 hrs of housework

According to FitDay = 17 grams of carbs (total 1206 calories), 131 calories
burned (didn't calculate in the housework).

Waay too low on carbs today, but hardly realized it - I really felt full and
not even remotely hungry - especially after lunch...

maybe that 17 grams is why you did not feel remotely hungry.

I am much less hungrier after I abandoned my one slice of bread in the
morning. It is still an experiment, I will try to go back to eating
one slice of bread and see what it does to my hunger.
