2 litres / day + whatever I sweat out.

> how many vegetable & fruit .....

not enough...

> how exercising .....

2+ hrs x 3+ days/week.

> second are u able to cut calories without cutting nutrients ???

yes, since I only shoot for 1000 kcal/day deficit, or just under 2000
kcals/day of food. This is plenty of calories to get a well-balanced
diet into.

> third .... how ur skin is getting during ur dieting ???

AWESOME! My rough patches on my elbows have totally smoothed out. I
take fish oil capsules, but it might be from the water.

> apologize my bad english language plz I'm italian ....

no problema

I also take protein powder in milk, but it's more of a snack than a
supplement...
