In reading others' water intakes per day, I was wondering how many ounces 3 liters
would amount to. I found a great conversion chart that is very easy to use -- I just
typed in "3" in the "Liters" box, and it gave me the equivalents in ounces = cups =
tablespoons = teaspoons -- you can put any measurement in any box and it will
calculate the equivalents for you. So I found that those drinking 128 oz per day are
drinking around 3.6 (or 3.7? I forget already!) liters. Anyway, here is the link for
anyone interested:

I hope this middle number changes today! I have a 3:00 appointment at the
nutritionist, so we shall see.
