Hello, Thank you for replying, I will check the site you mention, that's all I am doing, searching for answers and the more I do , the more I do panic... My husband told me don't go, Doctors are all quacks.....and told me that if I was going he will not be with me, and left for a business trip yesterday. Thank you again. Many lumps are just cysts or other non-cancerous lumps but you need to find out. Your husband certainly doesn't sound too supportive or educated on this matter. Then I think you need to find a therapy group and go by yourself if he won't go. Obviously he's going to be a thorn in your side when you last need it. If he objects to your going to therapy, then I'm sorry but he needs mental help as bad as you need physical help. Exchange email with some of the survivors, I'm sure there's somebody else out there with a spouse who's just as big a problem. I'm not married and I wasn't at the time so I don't have any advice on that. Just remember he's the problem, not you. such nonsense! He must be scared to death if he can't see that this isn't an issue of ideology, it's an issue of life and death. That's why he needs to be in whatever support group Kiki goes to. He's also blowing a chance to be a real husband, not just a guy who sits on the sofa in his shorts drinking beer. It is a shame he is not being supportive. You need all the people and positive thoughts you can get. My husband also thought I was overreacting to a possible cancer, saying I should be more optimistic. He suffered badly when my diagnosis came through, he was in a sort of denial because he couldn't deal with the thought of it being something serious. Go for the test it is important to be sure.
