I am one happy girl, looks like I have caught my upward trend. at WI
this week I am down 0.9 kg or a nice 1.98 lbs :-). Now to get below
that 60 kg mark then back to maintenance.

WTG Michelle. I was surprised with my weigh in this week, too. I was
really expecting a slight gain since I certainly didn't stick to the program
100% last week. To my surprise I was down .8 lbs - notice the decimal<g>

Good for you Beverly - and, yes, I did have to look closely as I
didn't see the decimal point at first:)
