First ever accountability post and I must say I did pretty good!! :)

B.F -    1/2 cup honey nut cherrios w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk
           1/2 banana

Lunch - 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
           1/2 peach

Dinner- Salad w/g.p, cucumbers & 2tbsp sweet oinion dressing
           Pita pizza (homemade) w/ 1oz cheese, 1/2 cup g.p and 2tbsp sauce

Water - 2ltrs
Exercise - 1/2 hr walk to zellers and back
1hr housework (sweeping mopping floors & stairs)
               2hrs tidying/decluttering daughter's room

My total count today is 914.  I probably should have something else but for
now I'm fine and it's 7pm.  I think I will finish up my water and if the
hunger hits too hard I'll have a slice of toast with margarine for a snack.
Otherwise I'd rather just brush my teeth and be done for the night.  I'm
bushed :)

Congratulations on being so disciplined.  But I agree that, in
general, you probably need to eat more.  I'm curious: are you a
vegetarian?  I notice that you haven't eaten any meat or fish.
Without these, you need to be sure to get enough protein from other
sources.  I think you're a bit short today, but that probably is at
least partly because your calories are so low.

Nope, not a veggie :) It just happened out that way I guess.  I do like to
have a few meals that are veggie though.  It wasn't really discipline.  I
know it seems to be very little food but honestly I was satisfied after each
meal.  I do need to bring that calorie count up though.  I try to shoot for
1400 but if I fall short I don't usually worry.  Especially if it's only a
day or two.
