Wuhoo! I just love to see this sort of progress. You're doing it!
You're really, really doing it!
Is it starting to feel normal yet?

I like your obsessive nature and meticulous adherence to your own
program. Way to go! Great job on blood glucose control...
It is interesting that you eat about 0.2 grams of protein per lb of
weight.

Great Progress. I also like to keep tabs of how many miles I walk in a
week.
The numbers are terrific. How about hte subjective stuff? You feeling
better? Have you gained confidence. Taking off over 100 pounds is a
phenomenal acheivement.

Thank you all for the words of support.
>>Is it starting to feel normal yet?<<
The exercise feels normal. I exercised most days a week for years
before I was sidelined by a series of events, including a knee injury,
several years ago.
>>You feeling
better?<<
In most ways, yes. I'm not hampered by crushing exhaustion, I can go
places and not worry about having to find a parking space within a
block, I can take part in life.
>>Have you gained confidence.<<
I was not lacking in confidence before I lost weight, so no.
As always, YMMV.

Aren't you doing well! You must be so proud of yourself. Are you
rewarding yourself for each 10/20 lbs dropped - a non-food reward, of
course?

I've been buying clothes in box lots on eBay. I count that as half a
reward -- I need clothes in a small size, but I've bought more than I
need.
I also rewarded myself with a theater trip to New York in May, and I
might take a theater trip to London in October.
