Good going Cellach.  Are you still following the Slimming World
programme?

Yes I am - and last night I got hold of only slightly copy-right-infringed
details about the rest of the plan. (I've borrowed someone else's book whilst
they have a break from the WOE).

Reading the new info I find I've been over-estimating what I've eaten, rather
than underestimating - which must be why I've lost 20lbs in 7 weeks :)

But I'm feeling good...more energy and so on so I shall carry on.

Thank you to all of you who patted me on the back - I appreciate them all :)

Onwards and downwards!

Regards

Cellach

Thanks Gloria :)

I even got a "wow, you're looking really well" today from someone I haven't
seen for a while. Amazing isn't it - how little it takes to make you feel great
all day?

After ages of no one noticing...........and after having been at maintenance
for near an year.......a somewhat larger guy at wprl commented on how I'd lost
weight and was looking good. I was so buzzed. Maybe it's the investment in
smaller clothes.......or the yoga class.........that makes the difference. It's
paying off, one way or the other.

Goodness knows what hit him at this point............but I'll happily take it.

beeswing, stoked
