(I've borrowed someone else's book whilst they have a break from the WOE). Reading the new info I find I've been over-estimating what I've eaten, rather than underestimating - which must be why I've lost 20lbs in 7 weeks :) But I'm feeling good...more energy and so on so I shall carry on.
