Do you have a recipe?  It's one of the things I never did manage, a
low-fat vinaigrette that tastes good!  I have tried one with yogurt and
lemon juice, but.....

Sorry -- I buy it in a bottle :-).  The brand is Olde Cape Cod -- sort
of doubt you have it over there.  It's very tasty, though.

Probably not - thanks, all the same.  One can get low-fat vinaigrette in
bottles here, but not very nice!

I rather like the Marks & Spencers one - have you tried it?

No, I haven't.  But I've bought a Tesco one which is tomato and basil,
which sounds rather nice.  I hope it is!

Meanwhile, while I was in Tesco, I had a look at their low-fat Greek
yogurt for you - it's lower-fat than regular Greek yogurt, certainly,
but I think it is either 3.5 or 5.5 grammes of fat (I didn't  have my
reading-glasses on at that stage) per 100g, which is more than their
ordinary low-fat bio yogurt which is 0.2g.

Thanks.  I don't have a Tesco very near me, so don't get to their
larger stores very often.  I'll have a look next time I go, and I may
try some of this yogurt.  Although I find 0%Total very good,  I don't
always go particularly for the zero or very low fat option - just an
overall daily intake of within 1500 calories.
