The best measure of a man's honesty isn't his income tax return. It's the
zero adjust on his bathroom scale.

My experience was: some hunger and lots of anxiety when I was
approaching maintenance. After almost 2 months of it, there is a lot
less anxiety and next to no hunger. I eyeball my portions. I walk 100
minutes per day however.
My target weight is at the top of the normal weight interval for my
height. If yours is different your results may be different as well.

So, how's your body fat percentage? You at a healthy body fat percentage
now? Or are you still insisting that the BMI charts are a good proxy for
you?
How about you try some of the tape measure calculators online? Or call a
gym and ask a caliper-trained person to measure you? Or go to the x-ray
department and have a bone density scan (they'll tell you the other
percentages of tissue, too, I've heard.)
What I don't get is how you came up with a target "weight" without knowing
your body fat percentage. It sounds like a garbage-in/garbage out black
box function to me. You're better at math than that.

I have a caliper, but I am too lazy to use it. My hunch is that my BF%
is 15-17%. I do mean to use a caliper, I am not opposed to it, I just
have not gotten around to doing it.

Hmmmm. Maybe we should make that a package deal. That Pumpuii stuff is
the same brand I buy. And I need a caliper. And I sold some stock
last night so I have money again. If you're ditching the caliper I might
be buying.
But you gotta come down on price: I bought three bottles for $30 last time
straight from the manufacturer.

I do not want to sell the calipers, but I will sell 2 bottles for $20.
