Last night I had about 600 calories to spare on the day and decided to
slurge when we went out to dinner even if it was going to exceed my 600 I
had left. I was hungry (tummy and head both). We went to Fudruckers and I
had a big cheeseburger and fries. What a HUGE Mistake that was!! I spent the
rest of the night holding my head in pain. Anyone ever experienced something
like this when you refeed or slurge? Or was this not the cause? I didn't
have an upset stomach or anything, just a blinding headache that lingered
even after I went to bed. I guess this is the first bread and potatos I've
had in 3 months or so.

If I eat too much sugar I get a 'caffiene withdrawal type' of headache
....bad.

I'm sorry you felt bad Susan! It hasn't ever happened to me but I never
completely gave up bread or potatoes. It amazed me in May when I was able
to share an order of Frunions at Friendly's with no side effects. I've
never had a delicate tummy, though I can get just about blind with hunger
if I walk too long/far before breakfast. It only happened twice - I
didn't enjoy it.

Could be the beef. Some of those places use flavor enhancers
in their ground beef.
