I'm going to visit my sister in Oregon for a little while, and I expect to do a lot of walking and healthy eating while I am there (she is naturally thin with healthy eating and exercise habits, so it is nice to know that I don't have to worry about gaining a lot of weight while I'm on vacation). I'll check back in when I get back (leaving early Thursday but I might not make it to the newsgroup while getting ready tomorrow) -- so I hope you all have a great couple of weeks!
