I have two bottles of ephedrine. Each has 300 tablets, 8mg each. Both
completely unopened. They are pills and not capsules.

just throw them away. sheesh. flush them down the toilet and be done
with it.

This is a man who refuses to throw away his "fat" clothes. I doubt he throws
anything away.
