Anyone here look into this diet? I am hearing you can lose a lot of weight
quickly. The first 2 weeks are tough but the rest is very easy. Does anyone
know of any web pages on this diet. If anyone is on this I would love to
hear how it is going.

Thanks
Steve

This is only low-carbing, which simply is another form of
specialty reduced calorie diet.  Typically people get bored,
stop using them, and gain back whatever weight they lost.

Start a lifetime program for health; exercise, and eat lots
of veg, fruit, whole grains, and legumes, with some animal
products and reduced fat.

It's not low-carb, it has more carbs than any other macronutrient.

Which nicely describes the South Beach Diet.  It's also the same as the
Glycemic Index Diet and the Zone Diet and the Body for Life Diet and even
the Atkins Diet after the induction phase and if you correct all the early
mistakes Atkins made.
