I've gone down from a 46" to a 42" waist in 4 months, still have a long
way to go obviously, but on the right track. I would say just do what
works for you, no magic bullet, patience, eating better, at right times,
less, but don't starve yourself, don't let yourself get hungry, and get
off your a.s now and then.
