Someone in an earlier thread (that I couldn't find when I went back to look
for it) was concerned about how sleep deprivation would affect weight loss.
I came across this article and thought y'all might like to read it:

I think I'll be going to bed a bit earlier than usual tonight.  Couldn't
hurt.

That is a great article... I wonder if my years of insomia contributed to my
weight problem.  I have not been a good sleeper for most of my life.

I've been puzzled over my diagnosed anemia as tests reveal no internal
bleeding. I only get five or six hours of sleep usually interrupted by
a few pit stops and my immune system is weak, I can't take an iron
supplement and the iron rich foods I eat may not be digested and
absorbed properly.
