Question to Carol F. re Celiac disease

Carol, my good friend's mother (who's 80) has just been diagnosed with
this disease. (To complicate things further, she also has
diverticulitis.) Can you recommend any books or web sites that offer
good advice for coping with this? My friend is eager to help her
mother figure out how to handle this.

Here's my bible. Without it I might be history! I spend all my days
working with the author now to publicize the diet for adults and also
autistiuc and ADD, ADHD children.
