The case was thrown out.  A bogus case, no doubt.

Hi Joe, lest you think that I do not believe in any natural remedies
or alternative medicine, I want to state loudly that it is not the
case.

There are some specific things that I consider quackery, and colon
cleansing and detoxification is one of them. Most alternative cancer
remedies are also quackery. I have no opinion on acupuncture, for
instance. Some herbal remedies are outstanding, for instance, valerian
root is the best tranquilizer out there period. No side effects, no
addictive effects, etc. Since it is not patentable, no one is
interested in pushing and advertising it. It is available in any
drugstore, in herbal section next to vitamins.

If you followed some of my earlier posts, I raised quite a ruckus on a
few occasions by criticizing official medicine.

Thanks for your post. I have no idea what the lawsuit was about, so I
cannot comment.
