Do cookies have less calories if your trainer gives them to you? (Sort of
like the well-known loophole that cookie crumbs have no calories?) :-)

I hope you're feeling better! I almost laughed when I got to this line,
though. Your version of doing a light workout is MOST people's version of
an intense one. :-)

That would be nice, but no :-). However, he's hard to turn down. I
think feeding people is sort of a cultural thing with him. He needs
to eat at 5:00 because he's breaking his Ramadan fast, but it really
bothers him to have someone sitting with him when he's eating if they
won't take anything. Anyway, I tend to not eat enough calories before
I go to the gym, so I figured I could use some.
