answer!

Don't know and don't care. I killfiled him, which makes the feeding of the
troll all that more annoying.

He is a good guy, just a little bit angry. Maybe he has hypertension.

I think he's getting the idea that not everyone has his best interests in
mind. He's got the plaintive whine of an adolescent who discovers the
world is NOT fair.
It's laughably naive to be outraged over people trying to market
their products! It seems to me he needs some orientation with regard to
what it means to live in a Capitalist society.

Yeah, and I only speak for me but clearly I am not up to facilitating his
education:)

But I appreciated you posting answers because it saved me from having to
type it. :-)

Yeah, at first I thought he was genuinely confused but now it sort of
appears that he is either not well or is just looking to pick a fight. I
have enough battles of my own to fight without waging arms for Nutra Sweet
and Quack Busters. I'm still not clear why he is directing his wrath
towards us..... Did you try to make him eat Nutra Sweet? Are you a silent
partner of Quack Busters?
I think maybe I'll just killfile him and then set about driving the economy
by selling my wares to the highest bidder.

Joe has been appearing on and off in this newsgroup for a few
months. First he showed up about maybe 3 months ago complaining of
being overweight and not feeling great and difficulties losing weight
on sweet "nutrition bars" and (if I am not mistaken) slimfast.
I advised him to completely drop sugar and junk. He also was counseled
by others and myself to drop slimfast (as for slimfast, I may be
confusing him with another poster).
He came back after about a month and said that after dropping sugar he
started feeling mych better, and thanked me.
Then soon he mentioned various crackpot "colon cleansing" stuff, which
I said was bullshit. I pointed him to the quackwatch website. That
upset him.
He is now back after having done extensive research amongst websites
that advocate alternative medicine, that croticize quackwatch and
nutrasweet.
He seems to be angry but he also seems like a good person at
heart. Just angry, maybe having hypertension kind of like "Mike
Turco".
