10 kilograms down, it's hard to believe.... 10 kilograms to my new re-eval
point. I'll be having a couple shots of Vodka tonight. Yes, I'm seeting
the calories aside. :)

I'm having a lovely glass of Bordeaux as I wait for my steak to finish

Congrats. A couple of shots of vodka won't hurt you but when you lose
another 10K, try rewarding yourself with something without calories. You
are most likely due for some new clothes!

Congrats, and enjoy your celebration. I had to permanently give up alcohol,
except to cook with. Drinking is a serious trigger for me. I think at this
point I'd get completely hammered on a glass of wine. I'll probably have a
sip of a good wine or beer (mmmm beer) like Guinness on a rare occasion, but
only if DH will let me have some of his.

*sigh* I haven't had a glass of wine in 3 months.... I miss the Merlot! I
am going to work with nutritionist to fit the occasional glass into my diet
program when I get to transition. I am fine with just drinking 1-3 glasses
a week. I am a cheap lush.

The celebration is over, I had my vodka, 8 ounces. I saved up the calories
for it, so I don't even feel guilty. I also went extra minutes on the
treadmill.

After 8oz of vodka I doubt I could find my treadmill :) Glad you enjoyed
the celebration and congrats on the loss again.

LOL - I never get on the treadmill without the key attached in case I lose
my concentration and get thrown off the back. I sometimes get so involved
in watching tv I forget to keep pace with it.

Congrats! Maybe you should find a non-alcohol non-food way to reward
yourself in the future? That way you can associate your success with
something other then food or drink. Maybe buy a new piece of clothing or a
cool new gadget??
