need some help finding diet

I'm looking for the name of the diet where it takes more calories to digest
the food you eat than the food gives.

Any help much appreciated.

No such thing.

But I think you are talking about the farce of a program called the
"negative calorie" effect.

It doesn't really exist.

it is called a negative calorie diet, and no, it is not a good idea.

There is no such thing.  The only way to use more calories than
you take in is to exercise.
