Saw a news spot this morning on these new sneakers.
Anybody have any experience with them?

Here's another link that's a movie about them.
I'm wondering if these would be good for the gym treadmills?

I don't have any experience with them, but I have to chime in just to say
that only Nike could market the idea of paying for a shoe that replicates
barefoot running :)
A good--although troll laden as of late--place for shoe info is rec.running.

don't know about these in particular - but my experience w/ nike for outdoor
recreational running shoes is, they don't last long at all. I've tried
Nike, Reebok, Adidas and New Balance an the NB brand have held up the best
and lasted the longest.
From what I know - I believe if used for indoor, treadmill, the shoes will
last a bit longer than my type of use (concrete or asphalt running).

Running shoes and *sneakers* are two separate animals. I don't buy
anything nike, just a personal thing. I like Asics. Not too wide, nice
and snug for my narrow feet. Plus, they last a long time.
Check out www.runnersworld.com for the shoe reviews. They have good
solid info.
