Food:

9:00 ? honey wheat bagel, ? scrambled egg, 2 oz sliced deli turkey, 1 cup OJ
11:30 1 low-fat yogurt
1:30 2 oz tuna, 2 tbls. low-fat mayo, 2 piece lettuce, 1 slice whole wheat
bread, ? banana
5:30 4 oz wheat pasta, ? cup spaghetti sauce w/ meat, 1.5 cup salad w/ 1
tbls. italian
7:00 20 pistachios

Cal:  1329,  Fat  41g  (27%), Carbs 191 g (55%), Protein 65 g  (19%)

Exercise: no exercise until this respiratory thing is cleared up

Yes, this is some nasty crap! Everyone I know has a version of this stuff,
and it seems to last from 2 weeks to 2 months! I'm really, really missing
working out.  Thanks for the well-wishes, Chris.
