Another day in New Jersey -- nasty weather -- really wet snow changing
back and forth to sleet and freezing rain.

Food:

* 8:00 (hotel breakfast bar): waffle topped w/ 1/2 cup strawberries
(defrosted frozen ones -- unfortunately, this hotel doesn't have peanut
butter, which I like on the waffles)
* 11:00 (work, brought with me): energy bar
* 1:00 (work, brought with me): sandwich w/ 3 slices turkey bologna & 2
slices f/f cheese on 2 slices whole wheat bread, w/ mustard
* 4:00 (work, brought with me): apple
* 7:00 (hotel room): 1/2 turkey burger (leftover from Fuddrucker's on
Sunday) w/ 2 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle and tomato slices, and
mustard
* 9:00 (hotel room): 2 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter (Bought some to
put on waffles :-) .)

Exercise:

Not a bit.  I was too tired in the evening -- hope to do a little
tonight.

I was wondering if you were getting hit with a storm.  Our Charlottesville
and NJ offices closed early yesterday.  Our winter storm warning turned out
to be 1" of snow!  I think they had a little more north of me - they can
keep it<g>

Sorry -- just saw this message -- don't know how to reliably see new
postings when reading through Google Groups.  Anyway, here close to the
coast they predicted 2-4", which was about what we got.  It was really
heavy, slushy stuff.  But at home in Virginia they predicted 10" and
they had about 4".
