I've made it past the first of my "struggles" with getting back into
*weightloss* mode.

Week 2 stats
        1 week change        total change
Weight:        0 lbs            -6 lbs
BF weight    -2 lbs            -6.3 lbs
Measurements    -8.75"            -15.75"
Largest change in inches lost was in my chest.  I lost 1.75" in diameter
and 1.5" in volume.  Not necessarily a good thing, as I wasn't even a B cup
before.   Oh well, this is how it usually goes anyway.   I also lost 1.5"
off my hip measurement and 1" off each of my thighs.

So, the scale did not move this week, but the BF% did drop and the inches
did still come off and things did change.

I struggled early on - as I had posted, but thanks to my post here, I was
able to recover and look back at *why* I was struggling with my strength or
motivation.  I'm back on track again and feeling better.

I've decided to not try to force myself into the 30min cardio early morning
and 30 mins evening.   Some days I might get up, but other days I might
just do a full hour at night and some days I'll just not do it at all.
Rest is just as important as everything else here.  I'm obviously getting
enough exercise to make a difference in the measurements.

And that's what matters -- congratulations on these numbers -- I think they
are great!

There is nothing like accountability to thwart temptation!

That sounds like a great approach -- I look forward to seeing how you (we)
do this week! My scale isn't moving much, but I can touch places on my body
(i.e. right above my waist in back) and feel where I am thinner than when I
started tracking on FitDay Feb. 11. And that's what ultimately matters to
me -- how my clothes fit. I have great clothes that I can't wear right now
and I really want to be back into them.

Thanks Mary,  Its nice to have someone respond.  :)

I'm starting to see my ribs again, as well as when laying down, the pelvic
bones are noticable again.  :)

It's nice when that happens, isn't it? Myself, I suddenly felt more
'compact' this weekend. Even though my weight has stayed about the same
for the last 2 weeks, my waist has gotten a few cm thinner; and while
there's still a layer of fat there, at least it *is* a layer now, and
not a pile anymore. :-)
