Exercise: None.  I was working at home but needed to stay by the phone
until it was time to go to massage.  And I've been feeling a bit run
down so decided on a rest day.  I started feeling better later in the
day, though -- and was getting my appetite back, which is a good
thing.  Tonight I am going to a big, extravagant wine dinner, where I
will eat and drink a lot -- major refeed :-).  Since it's out of town
-- down in Charlottesville -- we're staying down there, so I won't be
posting back until later.  (And then tomorrow night there a tasting
with my local wine group :-).)

Glad you're feeling better.  Enjoy the wine dinner.  We have an office in
Charlottesville so I know exactly where you're going.

The dinner is actually at the Palladio Restaurant at Barboursville
Vineyards -- a bit outside town.  We're staying at the English Inn in
Charlottesville (and yes, we have a designated driver :-) ).
